2. Replacement Request Guidelines
Timeframe: You must notify us within 48 Hours (2 days) of your delivery date to request a replacement.
How to Request:

  - Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos as evidence of the defect or error along with unboxing video with out any cut or retake(must).

  - Customers may need to sent the product back to our warehouse address, address will be provided along with the case id after replacement approval.

  - Approval Process: Once your request is verified and damaged product's return courier slip/label is shared to us, we will process a replacement at no additional cost to you.

3. What Is Not Covered**
- Late Requests: Requests made after 2 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for replacement.
